This week another "JUST ASK" scenario came to our attention and this could be a good reminder to everyone.
At the moment many of the Australian broadband suppliers are bringing out new deals, new offerings, larger download offerings, faster speeds etc etc etc. That is all great if you are a new customer. What happens to loyal customers who have been on a deal for months if not years?
Not much unless you ask!
Check your provider's website and see what new offers or deals they are bringing out. Most likely it will say in the fine print "for new customers only". Pick up the phone, call them and tell them that you are disappointed that as a loyal customer you are paying more for the same download or speed (or whatever the deal is), and you would like to know what they can offer you.
Best case scenario is they up your download, or your speed or both! Worse case, you paid 50c for a phonecall. No brainer really.
