Receiving satisfied customer feedback is extremely encouraging to us.  Often it is hard to bench mark your business against others, and by receiving positive feedback we know we are on the right track.  We constantly aim to exceed the expectations of our customers and to try and not only make sensational products, but to deliver them in an educated and professional manner.

"Back in April you rushed me an order for a sticker to be used on a golf buggy for a wedding.  I wanted to send you a photo of how fantastic the buggy looked (sorry it has taken so long – I was waiting for the bride to give me some of the professional photos).

The bride and groom were absolutely thrilled with it and everyone commented on how fantastic the buggy looked. Thank you so much for getting the order to me so quickly.  I really appreciate the fantastic service you provided and will definitely be recommending you whenever I can!!

We put up our birds on the weekend and LOVE them. They were so easy to put up as well, what a great system you have.


It is hard to capture all the birds as they are in a stairwell but here are some photos for you. Everyone who comes in thinks they look fantastic (and I posted a photo on facebook and so many comments about how good it looks).

Just to let you know our birdcage/branch looks fantastic!  It was really easy to apply and looks just great, I even used the test birds in the design... we were thinking of wallpaper for the wall which would have been a nightmare to apply, then came across your site and I am so glad we did - a really great product!!

thanks so much for the message. Was really impressed with your site - had looked at heaps for wall stickers/vinyls etc. Liked yours because you have some really good original designs and are Australian! Double bonus.
 
We're just renovating and have had all the bathrooms and laundry gutted and rebuilt. My laundry was the most hideous room in the house prior to the renovation and is now looking great after I've painted it all. I wanted something a bit quirky and fun to put on the long side wall of the laundry (where a door to a toilet used to be - now one big wall!). Your cockatoos are great - particularly given I live in an area surrounded by parklands and we have heaps of cockies around us. They come into the garden and fly down the street squalking. Raised in the UK, I just love the sound and look of cockatoos. Magic.
 
You should do the cockatoo print in a black and white combo - ie some cockatoos in white and some in black given they are the two natural colours of the birds! Just a suggestion.
 
Can't wait to get them and install them. Thanks for all your help and your very quick service. I didn't even expect them to be done by next week so you've already exceeded my expectations - and that's when you say you are running slow because of the holidays!

I'm just writing to thank you for the amazing turn around on my order, placing it at the last minute I didn't expect it before Christmas, let alone the next day! I will recommend Cool Art Vinyl to everyone! Now getting the husband to be as efficient putting it up is going to be the real challenge!. Thank you once again, and I'll definitely be back!
